I bring 20 years of experience working across diverse industries and assignments in the areas of organisational wellbeing, culture, change and leadership. I've  worked with leaders and their teams across multiple sectors and have facilitated, trained and coached graduates to executives and developed leaders and their teams in complex, ever changing environments. My clients have included financial services, pharmaceutical and professional services industries, education and healthcare.  My work has taken me across the globe to the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, New York, Europe, the Middle East and Aoteoroa, New Zealand.
